Purple flower beads are translucent matte amethyst pressed glass with an aurora borealis (AB) coating on one side. These frosted Czech beads measure 11mm in diameter and 4.5mm thick. Holes are side drilled so that the 5-petaled forget-me-not flowers are visible even when strung. Both sides of these round, flat beads are patterned, so there's no wrong way to use them! Viewed close-up, the beads have slight imperfections that add a charmingly shabby look. The little cracks and crazing you see aren't breakage, they're from the molds used to form the beads. Manufactured in the Czech Republic, these beads are pre-2006 new old stock. Your order includes 1 strand of 25 beads.
