Amethyst gemstone chips are 3-8mm long, 2-5mm thick irregular-shaped polished semiprecious stone beads, single drilled with an 0.8mm hole (20 gauge wire fits through with room to wiggle) in the center or upper third of each semiprecious bead, depending on the size of the pebble. 2 ounce lot has 270-280 tumbled natural stone beads in semi-translucent shades of purple. On their own or combined with other stones or even sea glass, these small nuggets are perfect for making rustic jewelry and wire-wrapped art.
