Sodalite Cabochon Art Deco Shield

Fancy sodalite cabochon is carved in the shape of an Art Deco-style fluted shield with rounded edges. Each dark blue stone is unique, with varying amounts of white, gray and/or orangish brown. The cut is uncalibrated, so orders of multiple stones will have close matches, but not perfect ones. All stones in this listing are vintage salvage from the 1990's (or before) and may have brittle adhesive residue and/or small scratches on the back from removed findings.

Available stones (sold individually):

32mm x 21mm x 5.5mm - 18ct average weight - Dark blue with minimal white calcite

32.5mm x 23mm x 5.5mm - 24.5ct average weight - Dark blue with significant patches and veins of light gray and orangish brown

Also available: 32mm chipped pair for lapidary projects - 35ct total weight - One stone has a chipped top flute, the other has a chip along the lower left edge. The right tools and skill can reshape them into slightly smaller, but still stunning, pieces!
