Vintage White Quartz Oval Cabochon 25x18mm

White quartz cabochon is a semi-translucent oval measuring approximately 25.3x18.5mm, with a 4.5mm dome. This vintage stone from the 1990's was in a large lot of salvaged semiprecious gems. Neither of the two available seem to have been used in settings, but I did find a small nick or two along bottom edges, probably from being banged about in long-term storage and mixed with other stones.
White quartz is a naturally occurring mineral; color and inclusions vary from stone to stone. These are not calibrated stones, so dimensions may vary slightly.
