Once upon a time, these 12x2mm hex nuts were used in the design of electronic keyboards. They didn't get used, so they languished in a box until the company closed a few years ago. They're stainless steel with a bright, shiny silver-colored plating. Because these are actual nuts manufactured for use as hardware, they have shallow threads (ridges) inside the hole instead of being smooth. A generously-sized hole approximately 9mm in diameter makes them an interesting choice for flat metal spacers in industrial-themed or punk jewelry. Add some jump rings to make a honeycomb necklace, fascinating geometric jewelry, or chunky steampunk chain maille. Or... keep them in your toolbox for when you need a threaded jam nut (because that's what they are). You will receive 24.
