12x10mm Octagon Cabochons, Fiber Optic Flat Back Stones

Fiber optic glass cabochons measure approximately 12x10mm. Octagonal stones have a smooth 3.5mm dome and are unfoiled. Chatoyant cat's eye stones are made from bundles of super-thin glass rods that are fused together, then cut or molded into shape.

These flat back cabochons are new old stock, but date and place of manufacture are unknown (probably Europe 1970's or later).

Sold in assorted colors as matched pairs (2 stones).
