Rose quartz oval cabochons are semi-translucent pink cabs with flat bottoms and domed tops. These vintage stones from the 1990's or before were in a large lot of salvaged semiprecious gems. They don't seem to have been used in settings, but I did find a small nick or two along bottom edges, probably from being banged about in long-term storage and mixed with other stones.
Rose quartz is a naturally occurring mineral; color and inclusions vary from stone to stone. As these are not calibrated (or may have been cut by more than one lapidarist), stone dimensions may vary slightly.
